Shipping
Welliva offers fast, free USPS or UPS ground shipping on all domestic orders.
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-3 days. Shipping times vary based on destination and UPS/USPS shipping volumes. We provide tracking numbers by email once orders are shipped as well as delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Returns and Refunds
We inspect and pack all products carefully for safe shipping. Please inspect your order as soon as it is received to verify there is no damage. In the rare case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with details and a photo and we will send out a replacement.

30 day satisfaction guarantee – If you are not satisfied with our products, please
contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate a return/refund. All
returns must be approved before sending product back. Refunds do not include
shipping costs.
Refunds are calculated minus initial outbound shipping costs; customers are
responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5 business
days of receiving returned items.
